Uncle Moe's Soul Food is a mobile catering business locally owned and operated by Eldridge Moses and his family.  Anyone who has tried it can only say mmmmm! 

Uncle Moe specializes in southern style soul food meals including fried chicken and catfish with cooked to perfection green beans, french fries and home made baked macaroni and cheese.

Uncle Moe has several event samples to consider when scheduling your event. They are The Cookout, Let's Celebrate, and On The Go. Each event sample includes a full menu and is available catered or concession-style using Uncle Moe's state-of-the-art brand new mobile kitchen.
